We’re searching for a Principal Engineer to be part of our Etching Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to To sustain, develop and optimize process capability to meet operations goals, as well as manage a group of Engineers and Associate Engineers, if necessary.
Responsibilities:

Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements

Spearhead projects to improve quality cost and throughput
-
Forecast financial budgets for test wafers and process-related expenditure
-
Document, implement and report process capability and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment

Start-up new processes which involve process characterization and development
-
Troubleshoot process issues, establish SOP to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes
-
Liaise with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality
-
Facilitate in 10K Ideas/LSS/BKM programs to improve process capability
-
Organize and provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
-
Establish corrective action procedures
-
Responsible for recipe availability, control and documentation
-
Monitor OOC’s and DOS’s and trouble shoot recurring OOCs.
More about you:
-
MSc/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Physics
-
4 - 8 years relevant experience in sub-micron wafer fab preferred
-
Good team player and has strong leadership qualities
-
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
