We’re searching for an Intern to be part of our Marketing & Business Development diverse team of talent.
Project Description:
· Marketing publication (internal and external newsletter) and collaterals
· Content creation (video and photography, write up)
· Branding/Design (Arts, Design and Media) projects
o Corp Photoshoot and Corporate Video Filming
o Branding projects
o eCard creation (Corporate greetings)
o Visual communication projects
· Digital/online marketing communication projects
o TV slideshow maintenance, touchscreen GUI design
o SSMC Internet/Intranet maintenance, digital signage design
o Internet marketing and social media posting
· Event supports / Publicity
Roles and responsibilities:
· Visual communication support (with IA tools, digital signage and poster content maintenance)
· Website (internet/intranet) design and development
· Manage the update, maintenance of media platforms (internet, intranet, digital signage)
· eNewsletter collation (Including English to Chinese Translation)
· Marketing collateral artwork support
· Branding, and corporate identity support
· Involve in photography and videography projects
· Content management of digital signage
· Social media marketing
· Technical marketing
· Campaign promotion, poster, and banner creation
Learning outcomes:
· Create eye catching digital banner for branding and marketing (technical and general)
· Learn how to engage internal and external customers and enhance touchpoints
· Content creation: communications/PR/Event management/Journalist Skills
· Basic knowledge on Adobe Software (PSD, AI, AE), video editing, video production
· Copy writing
More about you:
· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Science, Arts or Engineering.
· Minimum commitment of 3 months, able to start in July 2025
· Good team player with strong communication skills
· Good eye for designing and computer knowledge
