We’re searching for an Senior Engineer to be part of our Marketing & Business Development diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for sales & delivery module of SAP, analyse demand forecast and drive customer delivery performance.

What you will be working on:

·       Responsible for the sales and delivery module of SAP; recommend system improvement to adapt to current business model

·       Consolidate and rationalize mother fabs demand forecast vs capacity into MSP

·       Analyse the demand forecast for variance and opportunities

·       Coordinate weekly allocation conference call with mother fabs

·       Monitor and drive customer delivery performance; customer CLIP and CVP

·       Provide and clarify customer requirements in the event where delivery is impacted

·       Recommend actions to correct delivery delays and follow up with communications to customers

·       Evaluate and support customer request for pull-in and upside flexibility

·       Evaluate and create improvements for better customer service

More about you:

·       Master/Bachelor Degree preferably majoring in Engineering or related discipline

·       Working experience in IC Fab or semiconductor related manufacturing environment

·       Good Interpersonal and communication skills

·       Customer service oriented and responsive

·       Strong in statistics and numerical analysis

·       Fluent in written and spoken languages
