We’re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Quality & Reliability Engineering diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
What you will be working on:
· Responsible in managing the end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
· Responsible in ensuring that changes are effectively communicated to customers through working with various stakeholders including the account facing teams & process owners.
· Be the Facilitator of engineering change requirements to ensure that both internal and customer requirements must be met.
· Manage the ECN scorecards with respect to implementation and closure with the relevant stakeholders.
· Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
· Be the Facilitator for customer concessions and work with internal stakeholders/customers until concession closure.
· Participates in inter-departmental cross-functional projects.
· Analyzing common problems / root causes with possible suggestions for further improvements.
More about you:
· Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Materials Science / Physics / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automotive industry.
· Preferably with experience in SPC tool.
· Preferably with experience in Change Management & Concession Management.
