We’re searching for an Equipment Associate Engineer to be part of our Etch diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to manage the integration of all modules' processes and the respective derivatives.
What you will be working on:
- Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis with Quality.
- Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
- Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects
- Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
- Participate in 10k idea, LSS & BKM programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
- Maintain good 6S housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
- To participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) program to response during emergency situation.
More about you:

Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical /Microelectronics

At least 2 - 5 years working experience in electrical/ electronics industry

Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
