Talent Acquisition Senior/ Specialist (1 year-contract)

Job Description:

  • Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process including but not limited to job postings, sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference check, job offering, and pre/ onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers in understanding job scopes and talent needs
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experiences for new hires
  • Manage other talent acquisition programs including Internal Job Mobility, referrals, internships, scholarships, career fairs and industry events to promote and improve Company branding
  • Build a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates with niche tools experiences
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies on talent needs and manage all vendor management activities and internal processes
  • Provide talent acquisition-related consultation and administrative support
  • Lead/ participate in HR digitalization projects relating to Talent Acquisition and Pre/Onboarding
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operating Instructions (OI), employment contract and forms aligning to Employment Act, Quality Management Systems and market practice
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reporting to Manager/ HOD
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, maintenance and integrity of all related HR systems / folders/ documents/ databases
  • Support internal/ external audit activities
  • Support timely renewals of job portals

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
  • Min 3 years of Talent Acquisition experiences
  • Industry experiences and knowledge in Semiconductor/ Engineering/ Manufacturing prefered
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation (Employment Act)
  • Understanding of Policy & Procedure for recruitment and talent management
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Result-orientated and strive to meet deadlines/ KPI
  • Well-organized, meticulous, resourceful and independent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
