·       We’re searching for a Senior/Principal Engineer to be part of our Photo Process (Metrology) department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to sustain and improve all metrology tools and recipe indices to meet operations goals

What you will be working on:

·       Monitor metrology performance indices on qualified tools and recipes and establish good controls to maintain metrology performance

·       Oversee and ensure that all metrology tools and recipes for quality indices are met

·       Improve on qualified tools and recipe using quality improvement tools

·       Troubleshoot out-of-control situations due to measure errors, optimize recipe settings to reduce measurement errors

·       Troubleshoot metrology issues, establish CAS, specifications for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes

·       Work as a team with both equipment and manufacturing Engineers  to meet module objectives

·       Work with both internal and external customers to improve measurement automation and accuracy

·       Ensure productivity improvement through recipe optimization, document, and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment

·       Start up new equipment processes which involves process characterization and development

·       To perform shift duties when requested

·       Organize and oversee training for AEs/Technicians to upgrade their metrology technical skills

More About You:

·       Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering

·       At least 4  to 8 years relevant (Hitachi SEM, KLA5300 and Archer overlay tools) experience preferred for Principle Engineer

·       Those with 2 – 5 years of relevant (Hitachi SEM, KLA5300 and Archer overlay tools)  experience will be considered for Senior Engineer Position

·       Good interpersonal skills

·       Good team player

·       Good analytical skills
