· Lead the transfer, and maintenance of advanced CMOS fabrication technology options to ensure good process capability and high yield.
· Manage the transfer of new technologies from the mother fab or process development.
· Drive process robustness improvements through root cause analysis and collaborative actions to meet wafer acceptance test (WAT) and yield goals.
· Drive for early detection monitors with rigorous inline metrology sampling and WAT drift detection systems. Drive process excursions recovery by analysing root causes, implementing corrective actions and preventive actions to meet WAT and yield goals
· Work with Customer Engineering & Product Engineering teams to resolve yield and quality issues on customer products to improve customer experience and meet customer satisfaction.
· Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and quality performance of products.
More About You:
· Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Material Science/Materials Engineering/Physics Engineering.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in process integration or yield engineering within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
· Strong understanding of device physics, advanced semiconductor processes, and statistical process control (SPC). Proficiency in Microsoft business applications and familiarity with systems like PROMIS, Klarity ACE, JMP, Minitab is preferred.
· Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin
