Job Duties:
- Managing Workflow and Custom Applications
- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle Process and project management
- Design & develop workflow applications according to requirement define by end users
- Analyze and implement improvement opportunity to enhance workflow Processes system in support of business strategy
- Second level functional support for users and investigate cause of failures
- Drive continuous improvement in work processes and environment to achieve assigned section/department and/or company KPI
- Provide cross-functional leadership and vendor interaction to troubleshoot, analyze and develop solution for problem involving integrated systems
- Provide training to enable 1st line support equipped with appropriate knowledge/skill to provide frontline operation support for production
- Develop technical or training material as needed
Requirements:
- >2 year in low code automation development with K2
- >3 years in application development in process automation
- Experienced in analytical & problem-solving
- Knowledge on RPA development is a plus
- Technically competent in VB.NET, PHP, Apache, ASP.NET, Javascripts, HTML, MS SQL database, My SQL, Ajax, Web Services, Stored Procedure, .NET framework 4.0 and Delphi
