Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operations in the Diffusion Furnace Equipment Module.

Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain good quality & productivity performance.

Provide 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment & problem solving in Factory operations floor.

Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
-
Develop continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and cost of ownership.
-
Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.
-
Coordinate, supervise & develop a team of high performance equipment engineers.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent
-
Min 5 years of experience in TEL Furnace Tools

Familiarity with PLC software

Highly motivated & strong team player

Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills

Quality 1st mindset & strong analytical, problem solving skills
