Etch Associate Engineer (Process)

We’re searching for an Associate Engineer to be part of our Etch department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

  • To assist engineers to develop, sustain and improve process capability indices to meet operations goals
  • Perform shift duties to support the running of Production in the module and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production
  • Assist engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of processes for production
  • Trouble-shoot process related issues and minimize the time lots on hold
  • Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files
  • Monitor and improve on the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
  • Assist in implementing process improvement projects
  • Maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the module

More About You:

  • Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Process Technology or equivalent preferred
  • Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply
  • Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system and electrical wiring system
  • Good Team Player
  • Good Problem-Solving skills
