Job Duties:
A) In House Repair:
· Lead the In-house repair organization and expand internal repair capability at SSMC.
· Responsible for KPIs in relation to repair savings, faster repair turnaround, competitive repair lifetimes, parts obsolescence and scrap avoidance.
· Recruitment of qualified repair personnel and charting their individual development towards higher productivity and efficiency.
· Forecast and management of financial budgets for repair related expenditure.
· Ensure safe and proper management of repair tools and facilities through good systems and practices.
· Spearhead continuous improvement programs to maximize savings and repair lifetimes through innovation and benchmarking.
· Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the labs through self-regulating systems.
B) Parts IQC:

Lead the IQC section responsible for inspection of Key Parts used in FAB production tools by validating vendor COA data through actual measurements using SSMC IQC tools.

Ensure non-complying parts do not reach the production tool by isolating the parts and timely feedback of non-complying parameters to relevant departments.

Proper Maintenance of accuracy and precision of measurement tools through good MSA practices.

Establish good housekeeping and safety practices in the lab through self-regulating systems.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering. Diploma holders with significant relevant experience are welcomed to apply.

Experienced in managing a technical organization, preferably in a semiconductor FAB.

Access to extensive network of parts repair eco-system locally and in the region.
