We’re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Industrial Engineering department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals.

What you will be working on:

1. To achieve operation targets to meet company objectives throug
   1. Capacity: Support equipment capacity improvement/verification.
   2. Productivity: Support equipment productivity improvement.
   3. Cost: Support cost management & people productivity activities.
2. Capacity check (demand/wafer start alignment) & equipment performance reporting.
3. Fab layout expansion plan & coordinate layout change activities.
4. Ensure timely equipment installation/release for production to meet operation’s needs.
5. Identify/Initiate/Track process equipment productivity improvement activities.
6. Update/maintain equipment capacity/productivity/cost database for capacity planning, productivity indices and cost tracking.
7. CAPEX planning/tracking/reporting to meet company objectives.
8. Weekly new part ID standard costing and execution.
9. Operations cost tracking/reporting.
10. People productivity support/coordination (thru automation/workflow simplification).
11. Records update & management

More About You:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/Manufacturing
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication procees, equipment configurations, layout planning, capacity planning & WPH, as well as semiconductor process flow
• Familiar with C+
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with strong problem solving skills
