Customer Support Senior Associate/ Associate

Responsiblities:

  • To handle customers’ demand forecast & order management
  • To follow-up commit schedule and on time delivery to customer
  • Review shipment and order intake performance in daily meeting
  • Highlight order/shipment issues to relevant parties to take corrective action
  • Support project work related to customer support charter
  • Provide customers weekly reports — customer review material, shipment forecast, work in progress and backlog order

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent
  • 2-5 years relevant experience preferred
