Facilities Manager - Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Responsibilities:
- To manage the chemical, slurry and gas systems including chemical waste collection systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
- In Charge of driving Environmental Sustainability initiatives for the site
- Responsible to conduct feasibility study, design review and ROI calculation
- Reporting of project status to NXP/ Management on regular basis
- Responsible for any required submission to the authorities
- Overall in charge of coordination with sub-con, consultants and authorities
- Liaise with Facilities & Manufacturing/ Modules stakeholders for project implementation
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Degree in any Engineering or equivalent studies
- Experience in environmental sustainability projects, carbon footprint reduction, water efficiency, green energy, plasma scrubber projects and etc
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in environmental sustainability projects
- Experience in Semiconductor (Wafer Fab) industry is preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to be individual contributor
