Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals through the efficient use of manpower, material, and machine; together with proficient methodologies, in a hazardous-free and healthy working environment.
· Plan, strategize and monitor the movement of WIP for maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity.
· Solicit Engineering support to ensure tight focus on areas and variance requiring immediate attention.
· Resolve and handle line-related issues / preventive maintenance and to understand all equipment capacities / constraints so as to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations.
· Mentor and train all Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants to develop skills required for efficient MFG operations.
· Execute improvement programs in manufacturing operations in his/her Section.
· Facilitate and participate in quality, productivity and cost reduction improvement.
· Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators.
· Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity.
· Perform shift duties to support production, as required by Section Manager.
Requirements:
· Degree in Science or Engineering
· Interest in Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing
· No prior experiences required as training will be provided
· Possess leadership quality
· Good interpersonal skills
· Team player
· Good analytical and planning skills
