We’re searching for a Manager to be part of our Diffusion diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for establishing systems/guidance in sustenance and improvement of equipment performance indices to meet/ exceed operations goals.

What you will be working on:

·       Coordinator for Equipment Group at section or department level

·       Versatile in handling various equipment types

·       Initiate, organize and lead task-force for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement

·       Perform shift duties to support production as requested

·       Explore opportunity to improve COO, cycle time and Equipment reliability

·       Lead/ facilitate CIT projects to set and achieve goals

·       Establish systems and guidelines for intra/ inter-department activities

·       Manage/ drive vendors performance to meet/ exceed equipment KPI, and SRS goals

·       Forecast/ establish stock levels of spares and consumables to meet capacity demand, ensure equipment expenditures within budget forecast

·       Train and certify equipment Engineers/ AE’s

More About You: 

·       Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics)

·       Min 8 years in semiconductor fab operational experience

·       Technical experience in WET preferred
