Job Description:
- To initiate, implement and monitor training and development activities to support short-term and long-term business objectives and strategies
- Conduct and evaluate organizational capability analysis and learning needs assessments to identify and select or build the appropriate learning solution tailored to the business need
- Design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity
- Possess knowledge of the L&D portfolio and connect resources to technical training, L&D systems and infrastructure
- Manage and design curriculum under the Competency Development Framework (CDF) in developing the functional skills for the workflorce that enhance transfer of knowledge to everyday work:
- Identify key learning needs and propose learning initiatives
- Organize technical traning according to the needs
- Set-up or develop training material or OJT blueprints via multi-media or e-learning
- Maintain learning system (e.g. recrods, set-up, reports, etc.) to support the CD
- Administer academic/ education related scheme and sponsorship; overseas development
- Work with external parties i.e. Government Agencies, Institution of higher learning, professional bodies and/or consultants on various projects or initiatives
- To manage government training grants and submit claims
- To maintain certification such as WSQ, NITEC ATC and etc.
- Facilitate on-boarding program for the new hires
- Manage and support Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and implement actions for the current and future organizational transformation resulted from EES
- To conduct stand-up training
- Responsible in maintaining all reporting processes and procedures such as learning report catalogue, user profiles, attendances and feedback in SAP SuccessFactors
- Plan, coordinate and schedule learning or well-being related events
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA), Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) or Certified Coach
- 2 - 5 years (Degree holder) of relevant experience
- Experience in driving cutting-edge learning and talent development research projects and new initiatives
- Experience in career development, workforce modeling and talent management
- Policy & Procedure for best HR practices for learning and development
- Driving government related training initiatives with qualifying training programs in accordance with grant methodology. HR Services and Technology selection and implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis and familiarity with a Learning Management System, preferable SAP SuccessFactors, will have an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Possess good planning, analytic with a Can-do and Will-do attitude
- Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
- Strong team player who can work independently and is a self-starter
- Adapt to multiple projects with changing priorities
