Responsibilities:
Technical
- Develop, implement in-process and operational audits to evaluate the adequacy of process control, calibration procedure and control
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc audit to improve the quality system and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
- In process quality control and manufacturing control and monitoring
- Non-conforming control and engineering change management
- Execute OQA procedure to provide assurance to outgoing wafers and the disposition of wafers.
- Work with process owner on customer complaints and ensure commitment to cycle time
- Investigate root causes and resolve key fab-related quality issues
- Manage, implement and enhance of product release/ technology transfer and production qualification system
- Manage the Supplier Quality Management and ensure the compliance of operations SSMC, international, semiconductor related quality standards as well as SSMC customer specific requirements

· Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cost and safety of work processes and environment to achieve assigned section/department and/or company KPI
· Ensure compliance to QMS/ISMS related requirements
Safety
· Establish/adhere to lab/fab safety and housekeeping protocols
· Ensure compliance to EHS related requirements
Leadership
· Lead a technical cross-functional team to resolve quality-related issues and/or enhance assurance systems
· Lead the team in the absence of QE Manager
· Mentor and coach junior QE staffs
· Supervise QE Assistant(s) where required
Requirements:
· Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Physics/ Mechanical/ Quality Management or equivalent
- No prior experiences required as training will be provided
· Competent in Microsoft Business Applications
· Strong Problem Solving Skills
